Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen öffnet die Bibliothek am Donnerstag, 2. Dezember erst um 12 Uhr, dafür bis 14.30.

Due to health issues, the library will open thursday 2 December only at 12, but will remain open up to 2.30 pm.

Bücherausleihe

Bücher können über das zentrale Bibliothekssystem der SUB (http://www.sub.uni-goettingen.de/) ausgeliehen werden. Sie können unter http://opac.sub.uni-goettingen.de/DB=1/SET=1/TTL=1/LNG=DU/ den Bestand der Bibliothek des Instituts für Informatik durchsuchen, nachdem Sie "Informatik, Institut für" ausgewählt haben. Für eine Ausleihe benötigen Studierende ihren Studierendenausweis und Mitarbeiter müssen sich vorher in der SUB mit ihrem Mitarbeiterausweis registrieren.

WICHTIG!
BEVOR Sie sich ein Buch vormerken welches ausgeliehen ist prüfen Sie bitte, ob noch weitere Exemplare des Buches existieren und nicht ausgeliehen sind (Ausleihstatus "Bitte am Standort entnehmen") bevor Sie das Exemplar vormerken. Wird ein ausgeliehenes Buch vorgemerkt, kann der aktuell Leihende das Buch nicht mehr verlängern und muss es gezwungenermaßen zurückbringen um Fälligkeitskosten zu vermeiden.

Zur Rückgabe können Sie ebenfalls die Bereichsbibliothek Physik, Friedrich-Hund-Platz 1 am Nordcampus, oder die Zentralbibliothek der SUB, Platz der Göttinger Sieben 1, am Zentralcampus aufsuchen. 

Eine Rückgabe der Bücher bei Frau Jachinke im Sekretariat wird nicht im System verbucht da von dort kein Zugriff auf das Leihsystem besteht!

Covid-19

Die Öffnungszeiten werden an die Ampelstufen der Uni Göttingen gekoppelt https://www.uni-goettingen.de/de/635174.html

Während der grünen und gelben Stufen findet der Bibliotheksbetrieb zu den Öffnungszeiten über das Fenster statt da die geringe Raumgröße keinen regulären Betrieb ermöglicht. Eine Anmeldung vorher ist nicht notwendig.

Während der roten Stufe ist eine Ausleihe nur nach vorheriger Terminvereinbarung möglich. Die Bibliothek ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Weiterhin wird eine virtuelle offene Sprechstunde (während der eigentlichen Öffnungszeiten der Bibliothek) über den Mumbleserver der Fachschaft angeboten (Adresse: fachschaften.uni-goettingen.de Port: Standard). Eine Terminvereinbarung dafür ist nicht nötig.

Bitte beachten Sie jederzeit die folgenden Hygieneregeln:

- Bücher möglichst im Voraus mit Signatur und Standort aussuchen
- Maskenpflicht während des Besuchs, über Mund UND Nase
- Ausleihe nur über das Fenster möglich, bitte Abstand zu anderen halten
- Studieredenausweis mit Rückseite bei Aufforderung vorzeigen
- bei Unsicherheit bitte nachfragen

Lending Books

Books can be borrowed by using the SUB lending service (http://www.sub.uni-goettingen.de/). Look up availability of your desired book at http://opac.sub.uni-goettingen.de/DB=1/SET=1/TTL=1/LNG=DU/ choosing "Informatik, Institut für" as search option. For lending books, you will need to register your student or employee ID at the SUB.

IMPORTANT!
BEFORE you reserve a book that is on loan, please check if there are other copies of the book that are not on loan (loan status "Please check out at location") before you reserve the book. If a borrowed book is reserved, the current borrower cannot renew the book and is forced to return it in order to avoid due costs.

Opening Hours

Opening hours will regularly be published via the students mailing list
and can also be found on the door of the library in room -1.109.

Winterterm 2021/22 - as of 1st October 2021:

Tuesday: 1.30 am to 1.30 pm (room -1.109 - Fee Chin)
Thursday: 10.30 am to 1.30 pm(room -1.109 - Fee Chin)

Return of books only can be accomplished at one of our partner libraries like Bereichsbibliothek Physik, Friedrich Hund Platz 1 at Nordcampus, or Zentralbibliothek der SUB, Platz der Göttinger Sieben 1, at Zentralcampus. 

Please note that a return of books at the secretary Heike Jachinke does NOT lead to a return of books in our lending system as she has no acces to that. 

Covid-19

During the green and yellow stages, the library is open during opening hours via the window, as the small size of the room does not allow for regular operation. Registration in advance is not necessary.

During the red stage, borrowing is only possible by prior appointment. The library is not permanently staffed. Furthermore, a virtual open consultation hour (during the actual opening hours of the library) is offered via the mumble server of the student council (address: fachschaften.uni-goettingen.de Port: Standard). It is not necessary to make an appointment for this.

When visiting the library, always follow the hygienic guidelines:

- choose your books in advance, remember to note down signatur and location
- masks are compulsory, covering mouse AND nose
- lending only through the window, keep your distance from other lenders
- please show your student ID front and backside on demand
- please ask the staff if there are uncertainties

Emprunter des livres

Les livres peuvent être empruntés via le système de la bibliothèque du SUB (http://www.sub.uni-goettingen.de/). En avant emprunter les livre, consultez le catalogue de la bibliothèque sur https://opac.sub.uni-goettingen.de/ . Pour un prêt, les étudiants on besoin de la carte ID étudiante; les membres du personnel doivent s'incrire en avant avec la carte ID d'employé.

IMPORTANT !
Avant de réserver un livre prêté, veuillez vérifier s'il existe d'autres exemplaires du livre et s'ils ne sont pas prêtés (statut du prêt "Veuillez vérifier sur place") avant de réserver le livre. Si un livre emprunté est réservé, l'emprunteur actuel ne peut pas renouveler le livre et est obligé de le retourner pour éviter les coûts d'échéance.

Heures d'ouverture

Voir l'annonce régulière des heures d'ouverture via la liste de diffusion des étudiants ou l'écriteau sur la porte de la chambre -1.109.

WiSe 2021/22 - Statut 1.10.2021 :

Mardi : 10h30 à 13h30 (salle -1.109 - Fee Chin)
Jeudi : 10h30 à 13h30 (salle -1.109 - Fee Chin)

Pour des retours des livres, utilisez les bibliothèques ajoutantes comme la Bereichsbibliothek Phyisk, Friedrich Hund Platz 1 sur Nordcampus ou la Zentralbibliothek der SUB, Platz der Göttinger Sieben 1, sur Zentralcampus. 

Veuillez noter que la retour des livres chez le secrétariat de Mme Heike Jachinke ne vas pas provoquer la retour des livres dans le système de prêt parce-qu'elle n'a pas accès au système. 

Covid-19

Pendant les phases verte et jaune, le fonctionnement de la bibliothèque a lieu pendant les heures d'ouverture via la fenêtre car la petite taille de la pièce ne permet pas un fonctionnement régulier. Il n'est pas nécessaire de s'inscrire à l'avance.

Pendant la phase rouge, les emprunts ne sont possibles que sur rendez-vous. La bibliothèque n'est pas dotée d'un personnel permanent. En outre, une heure de consultation ouverte virtuelle (pendant les heures d'ouverture réelles de la bibliothèque) est proposée via le serveur mumble du conseil des étudiants (adresse : fachschaften.uni-goettingen.de port : Standard). Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre rendez-vous.

Veuillez respecter le guide hygenic:

- Sélectionner les livres à l'avance si possible en indiquant la cote et l'emplacement
- Des masques doivent être portés pendant la visite, sur la bouche ET le nez
- empruntement seulement par la fenêtre, gardez votre distance
- montrez l'ID étudiante quand c'est néccessaire
- en cas d'incertitude, veuillez demander
